Urban Texas Pest Control

Luis V with Urban Texas Pest Control was great! I am so thankful they were able to fit me into their schedule on such short notice. The service was efficient and explained well. I am so grateful for Urban Texas Pest Control and their service!

CJ was great and very professional! He took his time and made sure to thoroughly address the pests we were concerned about. We recently let go of our previous company because we felt they didn’t truly care about our concerns and barely helped us. He was very patient with my kids and me as we moved out of the way so he could do his work. We really appreciated his professionalism and attention to detail.

????? Joshua Kimball - Is great to work with. He showed up on time, was easy to talk to, and clearly knows pest control inside and out. You can tell he has a lot of experience, especially when it comes to homes. He explained what he was seeing, what needed to be done, and why, without using pressure or confusing language. What stood out most was how thorough and honest he was. He didn’t rush, didn’t upsell, and made sure everything was handled the right way. It felt like he actually cared about doing a solid job, not just getting in and out. Joshua represents his company extremely well. He’s knowledgeable, professional, and trustworthy. The kind of technician you hope shows up at your door. I would absolutely recommend him and would be happy to have him back anytime. The guy is also very knowledgeable in his profession. Ask for Joshua!

CJ Petersen came out to my home today and did an outstanding job. He helped clean up black widows, other spiders, and ants in my garage, inside the house, and around the yard. He took the time to explain everything he was going to do, and he made sure to clean up thoroughly once he finished. CJ arrived exactly on time, and the communication from the company was excellent from start to finish. Their pricing is very reasonable, and the quality of service is even better. I’m extremely satisfied with the work CJ did and highly recommend Urban Texas Pest Control for anyone needing reliable and professional pest control service.

?????????? I can’t say enough good things about Urban Texas Pest Control! From the moment I called, Tina made the experience smooth and reassuring. She’s warm, professional, and genuinely cares about helping customers. Her kindness and clear communication set the tone for a great service. Joshua, the technician, was equally impressive. He arrived on time, explained everything thoroughly, and went above and beyond to make sure our home was treated with care and expertise. His knowledge and attention to detail gave us real peace of mind. It’s rare to find a company where both the front-line staff and the field team are so committed to excellence. Urban Texas Pest Control is now our go-to, and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for reliable, respectful, and top-notch service!
