Equality Termite Control

As an owner of a pest control company without a termite department, Equality Termite is the ONLY company I use for termite inspections. Edward the owner with his 25 years of industry experience is second to none. He is the very best at what he does. I highly recommend Equality Termite to anyone looking for the BEST termite inspection that money can buy at any price. Thank you Edward for your dedication and integrity.

Great service from beginning to end, fast, professional and courteous. We’re in escrow and needed a quick response and resolution and we got them both. Edward is highly informed and a pleasure to work with, in fact I felt that he went above and beyond being professional. Very respectful and caring, he took the time to explain what his inspection revealed along with his recommended plan of treatment which he was then able to execute the with in the time frame we were under. Thank you Edward and Equality Termite Control for your professional and personable service!

I called Equality Termite Control for an inspection I needed on my home for a sale. they scheduled me to have my inspection done the next day. the inspector Edward arrived at my home on time and was very professional and thorough. He made it very easy for me to understand what was going on with my home and gave me different options on handling my situation. I then received my report the same day. I would highly recommend Equality Termite Control for any of your transactions. Very kind, prompt, and professional team.

I have to share about the great experience we recently had with Equality Termite Control and the expert and professional service of Mr. Edward Ray. First of all, he was very thorough in his examination and assessment of our home and our termite problem. He educated us about termites, their habits, methods and ferocity. His assessment of our home was clear and the strategy for eradication of the pest was aggressive. Edward was able to set up a time to perform the service within one week. He was very responsive and timely. The work was done in the time allotted which was just short of 6 hours. The cost of this service was very fair and the extra attention Mr. Ray gave to the project made the service an exceptional value. I feel confident and comfortable knowing that our home is protected. Thank you Mr. Ray for a wonderful job!

We are in the middle of purchasing a new home. Because we are not using a real estate agent, much of the legwork has been on me. I called a few companies to do a termite inspection. Equality was not only available within the rather short time frame I needed the inspection, but they we exemplary with customer service throughout EVERY step of the process. I had suspected we had subterranean termites and Edward confirmed we did. He educated me on them but also reassured me that it was treatable. After the inspection, he came back to the property on a day which worked for us, making sure to do a detailed, thorough and comprehensive termite treatment on our house. Edward was professional, conscientious, on time and the cost of the service was affordable. Do not hesitate to use Equality Termite Control. Edward is running a very honest and quality oriented business and it shows!!!
