Ricardo was great. He is professional, friendly, and very easy to communicate with. He repaired damage done by termites and did spot treatment on other areas in two apartments. We have used Thrasher Pest Control for many years and the service is always efficient and effective. Today my service technician, Andy, did an exemplary job. He was very polite and personable and kept me informed of his arrival time. He explained everything thoroughly and did a very professional job. We left him in our house for several hours and when we returned the doors and gate were locked and secured. Francisco, our Thrasher tech, did a great job sealing our home and large crawl space under our deck against rodents and other local four-legged fauna. In particular, he made two very nice secure entry doors for our foundation crawl space. He does quality craftsmanship and is pleasant to work with. Recommended.
