Technicians are nice, though their thoroughness has varied so I’ve had to book multiple jobs to completely seal my apartment.A major downside is that their availability is extremely limited, so be prepared to have to wait 1-2 weeks at minimum to get help each time. This has drawn out the process to 1.5 months now and I wish I had gone with another company with more availability to squash this sooner. I don’t like living with mice.
Johnny came for an initial inspection and estimate. He was thorough and professional. We were able to get the team in a week later. Brian ran that team and did they did great work addressing the entry points and sealing them up while laying traps to clear out the rest of the rodents.

Technicians all are kind and seem to know what they are doing. I’ve needed follow up service (to be expected) Office is difficult to get a hold of. Tech did not arrive within the two hour window, though I had received a message two hours before I left the house to say technician was in their way. After two and a half hours of waiting with no message and no one picking up calls in the office I left my house. Communication could use significant improvement.
Called Alley Car after hearing scratching in my attic for weeks and I honestly wish id called sooner. They walked me through exactly where the rats were getting in and even showed pictures so I understood what was going on. The traps were set up neatly, they sealed entry points and came back for a follow up without needing me to remind them. It feels great to have a quiet and peaceful house again.
