Winkie is by far the best tech from Brooks since I signed up for service 5 months ago due to a rodent issue. Had numerous techs out and no one was as thorough. He went into a crawl space that none of the others bothered. He checked behind appliances and clutter areas. He changed to different bait. His actions today showed care and made me feel like the money I spent was not wasted.

Erick, the ONE & ONLY Tech we’ve had in the past 20 months that was GREAT! Been paying this company for 20 months hasn’t helped & or cared about our Situation! I believe if had been helping us over the past year our situation would’ve been rectified!! Other than him, I would not recommend this company they lock you in for a year. Don’t do anything they make you pay a penalty if you wanna! That’s probably why their technicians don’t last very long six months to a year max

He explained everything in a way that made sense and didn’t rush through anything.What really stood out to me is how thorough he was. For someone so young, he works with the professionalism and care of someone who’s been doing this for years.They did a fantastic job and I highly recommend!
