He was flexible with my morning schedule, laid all the necessary traps, and communicated clearly throughout. Definitely feels like the subscription is worth it for the peace of mind!

Matthew is very professional and knowledgeable. I really appreciate the explanation and service from him.
However, don't sign up rodent extermination with Terminix. I scheduled multiple appointments but they kept canceling on me and never showed up again. I still have traps in my attic space, but Terminix never showed up to remove and change the traps.
