We bought our house in coolidge az and was contacted by optimex pest control to do our pest control and weed and grass spraying. Sebastian was sent out to be our tech to take care of our property. Now everytime he comes by I go out and chat with him and tell any problems we have that need addressing. I now consider him a friend, he is friendly and polite. He always take time and takes care of us. Optimex pest control office personnel are also polite with their contact with us. I am Glade we found each other and would recommend both to anyone needing pest or weed control. Price is also competitive. Thanks to both.
We live out in Florence, AZ! Magma Ranch Vistas, and have loved Optimex for our pest control services. The techs are always respectful and polite in each service completed. Fast but thorough. We havent seen any additional scorpions after starting pest control with Optimex! No crickets or anything that the scorpions feed on have not been in site either! If we do get the occasional wolf spider or cellar, im not too worried, but they will come out and treat asap, and have always been great to work with. 100% recommend.
We've been using Optimex for over 4 years and they've always come through for our pest and weed needs. The scheduling staff is always responsive and accommodates our scheduling needs. The techs that have come out to our house are consistent and do a super thorough job each and every time. When I see the same Tech time after time, that speaks volumes for the company in my opinion, in today's inconsistent world I'm glad to know that Optimex treats its employees well since they actually stick around. The technicians are always knowledgeable and take the time to discuss any issues we're having. When I do find bugs in or around my house they are D.E.A.D, which is how I like it! My weeds never have a chance and my HOA leaves me alone. That also means the products they use work!! Enough said ??

The last company we had wasn't terrible but Optimex overall gives us the price we can afford with better quality products.
