Friendly, Good Price, Excellent Service. I appreciated the communication used to notify me with the upcoming day of service, what to expect, as well as a reminder to have my windows and doors closed ahead of time. I was home when the technician arrived, he greeted and introduced himself beforehand and also let me know when he was leaving. I placed a call earlier with a question, Laura answered my call with courtesy, respect, and knowledge.
