Had Brian come out today to do my consultation and WOW I learned a ton! I have been hearing mice or rats running thru my back gutter and actually spotted a couple under my bird feeder yesterday in broad daylight! He did a detailed examination of my yard, the outside walls of my house and my attic as well. All the while answering all my questions, and providing me great options where I can work on getting rid of the rats in the yard, while keeping other "wildlife" safe from harm (as well as my pets and my neighbors pets). Thank you Brian for taking the time to walk/talk me thru our plan of action! I look forward to working with Dave's!!
Gareth was outstanding today ! Started with a warm and cheerful greeting and a thorough explanation of his planned treatment for the lawn. After careful review of the lawn, he shared that the new spring grass is starting to grow up through the dead winter grass and his fertilizer will promote and enhance the new growth. I just wanted to take a moment to sincerely thank Arius from Dave’s for the outstanding job he did fumigating my home. I’m truly grateful for his excellent service. He was punctual, professional, and incredibly thorough. It’s clear that he’s a very intelligent young man with strong skills in his work. He took the time to explain everything to me in a way that was simple and easy to understand, which I really appreciated.It’s not every day you come across someone who takes such pride in what they do. We’ve had a great experience with Dave’s pest control so far. We have had three great people help us.Brian came to do the initial inspection and was very knowledgeable. He was able to answer all of our questions and explain all the options without feeling pushy or salesy. It seemed he really cared about what was best for us and the pest issue at hand. I also like that they prioritized options that would not harm local wildlife, only the pest.Cory came and set up the initial traps and other bait. He was also great and knowledgeable.Arios came and helped us dispose of the pests and reset the traps. He was incredibly friendly and professional. And was very quick to come to our house after we called. He made the whole process very easy.We have been very happy with the service we have received this far, we’d definitely recommend this company to friends and neighbors!
We called Dave's because of a bed bug issue. Not infested, we caught it early.Brian came out to inspect and assured us that it could definitely be rectified. He was so thorough and kindly personable. Our first treatment was scheduled quickly. Unfortunately I can't remember the man's name who did the first treatment, but I hope Dave's has record of it. He was so, so helpful.Our service exterminator Jay came and did the 2 follow up treatments. Jay is an amazing tech, his demeanor is reassuring and professional. He is kind and understanding. I am physically disabled and he actually went above and beyond, putting my bed back into place. I cannot thank him enough. He put our fears to rest.Everyone who came to our home is an absolute asset to your company and will most definitely keep customers coming back to use your services. Please let them know they did a perfect job walking us through the process, you are lucky to have them.I will recommend this local privately veteran owned business to everyone I know.
