Highly recommend Crest Pest Control! I reached out two days ago regarding a flea problem in my backyard and received a phone call right away offering me a next day appointment. Caleb, the owner, quickly helped me find an appointment for the day after and followed up with text confirmation and a reminder. I had mentioned my concerns about having a dog, toddler, and also expecting and Caleb was very assuring and informative regarding my questions. Alexis showed up right on time today and promptly took care of our backyard. Not only was it a great service but he showed up with a congratulatory gift for my upcoming baby. I’ve never had such a thoughtful and kind gesture from a company. Thank you tremendously, I truly am in awe!

Sending my thanks to Marcus at Crest Pest Control for great service. He did a very thorough job on when he came out on September 23 to spray the exterior of my home. I saw a huge difference after the service and highly recommend Crest Pest Control.
My husband and I purchased a home in May and was surprised to learn that our neighborhood was prone to spiderweb build up on the stucco exterior. We quickly noticed all the different pest companies coming to treat homes on our street and knew we had some research to do. I reached out to Crest (formerly Maxus) and one of the owners, Jake, quickly responded with a no-fluff message. He took the time to address my problem areas (flies + spraying around the trash bins) and noted that I wouldn’t need to commit to a contract. The other companies i reached out to had hefty “initial treatment” fees and 12-month terms. Not only was Crest’s rates lower but I also love their “pest insurance” which would have them come out in between service if I see any issues arise. The service agreement was straight to the point, gave valuable information and even had a calendar of the bi-monthly billing. It was a no brainer for us to have them come out.We were given a window between 3-5 and when Darrell arrived, he greeted me with a huge smile. After a quick little playtime with my 60lb pitbull, we walked the perimeter of my home so I could show him the area and he got straight to work!! I will let the before and after photo do the talking but we were shocked at the results!! My neighbor saw his hard work and will actually be having them service her home as well. Thank you Darrell & Jake for great service and we look forward to seeing this company grow!
First time dealing with this company as my original company Maxus partnered up with them.Received a couple emails notifying me about my upcoming service. On the morning of, I was reached out by Darrell. Text to confirm date and was exactly on time. Super responsive and punctual. Received a text to confirm he was finished with PICTURES! So far so good on my end.Always excellent service when they come quarterly for my service.
