Didn't treat termites as requested. Painter found live infestation two weeks later in same spot.Then they wouldn't come out. I texted several times and called multiple times, then they said they could come by two days later. This is after a 4 day wait to get them there...I have an active live infestation and they don't seem to care.They also kept pushing for upgrading to a more expensive subscription model.Fired them. Don't use.

Here's why:No-show on the scheduled day: They were supposed to bring the tent down on a specific day, but they simply never showed up. No heads-up, no communication—just complete silence.Poor communication & lack of contact info: One of the most frustrating parts was that they never provided proper contact information. When I finally got in touch through my realtor, I learned they had hired someone else to handle the fumigation. This change was never communicated to us, and we were left in the dark about who was actually doing the work or how to get in touch with them.No follow-up or accountability: After trying to discuss these issues with Escalera Pest Control, they completely disappeared. No responses, no follow-up. It was like they just didn’t care about resolving the situation or maintaining a professional relationship.Would never recommend: In my opinion, Escalera Pest Control is unprofessional and unreliable. If you value good customer service and transparency, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere. When you're providing a service that impacts people's lives, it's crucial to communicate effectively and follow through. Escalera failed on both counts.If you're considering using them, I’d encourage you to reconsider unless you want a terrible experience that leaves you frustrated and without support.
