Green Rodent Restoration are well worth every penny! They did a fantastic job, sanitizing the whole house, including the air conditioning ducts, laundry vents, and sealing rodent entrances up on the roof. They are experts in knowing where to find the tiniest holes. If you want your house to be rodent proofed, these are your guys. Frequently Asked Questions

What does rodent exclusion involve?

Exclusion focuses on finding and sealing the openings rodents use to enter a structure. Technicians inspect the roofline, vents, crawlspaces, and utility penetrations, then install durable materials to close gaps. This prevention step helps stop repeat infestations. It is often combined with sanitation and follow-up checks.

Do you use poisons to remove rodents?

The company emphasizes prevention and sealing access points, and many customers report services completed without poisons. When needed, methods are discussed during the inspection so you understand the plan. The goal is to resolve the source of the issue and then restore affected areas.

Can you clean and replace attic insulation after an infestation?

Yes, services commonly include removing soiled insulation, cleaning and sanitizing, and installing new insulation. This helps reduce odors and improves indoor conditions after rodents are removed. The scope is confirmed following an inspection of the affected spaces.

How quickly can you schedule an inspection?

Scheduling is typically prompt, and the business lists 24-hour availability. Actual appointment times depend on current demand and your location. Call to discuss the earliest opening and confirm timing.

What are signs I need rodent control?

Common signs include scratching sounds, droppings, gnaw marks, insulation damage, or odors from attic or crawlspace areas. You may also notice rub marks near entry points or activity around vents and roof gaps. An inspection can confirm activity and outline next steps.
