I couldn't recommend Sean from Pest Shield enough. He was friendly, professional, and was available to come soon. I tried to call a couple of big companies, but one of them didn't seem to want to talk to me since I didn't have a contract with them and wasn't paying them monthly and the other expected me to identify whether I was dealing with termites or ants which is why I was calling them in the first place and basically couldn't help me since they didn't know what department to put me through to. Unbelievable. Anyway, Sean was awesome and thanks to him my problem was solved!
