Armed Force Pest Control

Incredible service and attention to detail. I was concerned about fleas and spiders, but we have a koi pond and sensitive skinned dogs. Michael was so understanding. The care he took and the service was above and beyond. Highly, highly recommend.

Dear Armed Forces Pest Control Management, We are writing to acknowledge the recent pest and rodent inspection conducted by Ethan Graves at our property. We genuinely appreciate the promptness and efficiency with which your team scheduled and performed the initial assessment. Ethan's professionalism and quick availability for the appointment were certainly commendable. While we are grateful for the detailed report that followed, outlining findings, potential entry points, and recommendations for repair, we wish to provide some constructive feedback regarding the overall service. We had anticipated that the initial inspection would yield new insights or a more comprehensive diagnostic approach beyond confirming a pre-existing rodent issue and proceeding directly to bait trap placement. Our expectation was for a more in-depth investigative phase that might identify root causes or offer immediate, alternative mitigation strategies in addition to trapping. Furthermore, we found that the accompanying diagram, despite its detail, required a subsequent phone conversation with Ethan to fully clarify. Without this verbal explanation, there was some ambiguity in distinguishing between identified concerns or recommended actions and any completed interventions or confirmed observations on the visual aid itself. A primary point of concern for us was the absence of any internal property inspection. Given the nature of a rodent issue, we firmly believe that a thorough internal assessment is critical for identifying all potential areas of infestation, entry points, and comprehensive treatment planning. The omission of this crucial step left us with an incomplete understanding of the overall situation within the premises. We value the effort and professionalism demonstrated by Ethan Graves, and we are confident that Armed Forces Pest Control is dedicated to delivering high-quality service. We hope this feedback can be used to refine future service deliveries, particularly in ensuring a fully comprehensive and clear initial assessment process. Sincerely, Catherine & Emil Hanke Jr

Sarah and her team were beyond amazing to work with. I called on a Friday afternoon for a bat removal from my home and Sarah immediately had the worker in my area come to my home within 3 hours. The worker who came was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in carefully removing the bat. He answered all of my questions and concerns in such a kind way. Overall I was extremely happy with their customer service, support, and kindness in this last minute, urgent request!!
