Sarah and her team were beyond amazing to work with. I called on a Friday afternoon for a bat removal from my home and Sarah immediately had the worker in my area come to my home within 3 hours. The worker who came was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful in carefully removing the bat. He answered all of my questions and concerns in such a kind way. Overall I was extremely happy with their customer service, support, and kindness in this last minute, urgent request!!
