I'm not alone in my neighborhood in offering raise for Nature Science, but they merit another round of Kudos. Tom came to help me sort out a problem I had with "dead animal smell" as well as suspected presence of rodents, and gave me excellent information and next steps. He was through, attentive, knowledgeable and amiable. I'd recommend him and the company without reservation!
I tried to scheduled service with Nature Science Pest Control twice. They have a very long lead time. Finally scheduled for June 4 and it was a no show. They claim they cannot find my house which is at the Ryder Homes Meadow Creek neighborhood. No email or call. Did I mention they claimed they tried they didn't have my mobile when they confirmed the appointment with me multiple times? Don't sit around and wait for this service.
I've used Nature Science for several years and they are always pleasant to work with. They provide several annual plans to suit every size home and budget. No pressure just good old fashioned customer service.
Tom, the technician who came to our home, was responsive and excellent with his communication about timing for his visit. He was very knowledgeable and took the time to do a thorough review of the exterior of the house. He confirmed where the rats were entering and gave us pointers on how to improve the efforts we had already made to deny any further access. He also reviewed where we had seen and trapped the rats and determined that there wasn't more that he could recommend at this time, saving us any further expense. We'll definitely use this company for service again for any future pests in the home, rodent or otherwise.
