Jason explained what he saw while crawling around under my house in the crawl space. He showed me approximately where he saw an entry point for the rats, under the foundation, and explained how it needs to be sealed up. He told me that he set 5 traps baited with balls of peanut butter and birdseed. He was personable, quick and thorough, and answered all of my questions.

I had genuinely hoped to have a positive experience with this company. Unfortunately, the products they utilize appear to be quite ineffective. All three of my residences are currently experiencing an abundance of cobwebs and large spiders, and I am committed to a one-year contract for all three properties. I called customer service and all they did was apologize and just have to wait for the next treatment. 9 more months with this company and I'm done.
It was an unusual thing for me to listen to the initial pitch from the Spidexx rep who happened to knock on my door one day (usually I would just say no thanks), but he had me when he said service included knocking down dust/cobwebs from siding, which was something that had been on my to-do list. I have been continually impressed with the staff ever since. Today, Jose performed our service and by the time he left I felt like I had gotten a science lesson. He was also extremely courteous and professional, and did a great job to boot. I’m very satisfied with the service and would recommend Spidexx to my neighbors!
