Absolutely outstanding service .We’ve had a skunk problem for a few years and with no avail could we catch it . We contacted Coopers for help and within the day they were on our door step ready to help . Unfortunately after a few days of there traps being deployed, we still never caught the little bugger . BUT they came and gave us information about the skunk and there tendencies. Coopers came and grabbed there traps that were deployed and filled in all holes that the skunk had caused , and ill add they waved the charge for deployment of the trap and consultation . That is hospitality and customer service at it’s finest !Thank you Coopers pest control , well see you when the stinker comes back.
Cooper provides phenomenal customer service, quality care, and easy communication! We’ve used them for almost 2yrs to come spray for spiders around our rural home, and we can enjoy our outdoor spaces on our porch, patio, and shop so much more because of them (there’s basically zero spiders or webs from their treatments). Love the easy texting communication to confirm service days, and they’re always so kind when they show up to treat our property.
Mike came over to my house to assess a potential mouse issue in my inaccessible attic space, and not only did he do a thorough check of the entire house, he provided me with potential access points for critters, as well the options I should consider to get rid of the mice (and how to seal the access points). He was patient and answered all my questions eagerly, and he didn’t try to push any expensive treatment plans if they weren’t required. Mike was professional, courteous, patient, and very informative. I am certainly not surprised by the fantastic reviews he has received here. Called Cooper's based on his exceedingly positive google reviews... was not disappointed. Mike came out to our house in a very timely manner and conjured up his plan to safely capture and remove a family of raccoons from our attic. His plan was put into action and before we knew it, we had 4 babies and a mother raccoon live-trapped and on their way to being set free back into the great outdoors. His methods are very effective and he was more than happy to answer all of our questions. He also made sure we knew where the house's access point was on our roof, and how we should take care of it. Great service! Would definitely recommend Mike for your wildlife removal!
