Poulin's Pest Control

Had them come out to check a home before purchasing. They cleared it of all signs of previous and current infestations. After I took possession of the home I found several live roaches as well as evidence of bedbugs. They had someone else come out to confirm this. This person only looked in one room and the basement. He found dead roaches and evidence of bedbugs. Again he only checked the kitchen. When I called them back to see if I could get some sort of reduction in price they said they would send a third person out to check. When I spoke with him he said that they couldn’t offer any discount as there weren’t signs of living roaches. I told them I had videos of live roaches moving around with the date and time on them and they still denied this saying they could come in and check again while treating at full price. With the lack of thoroughness of their checks, their denial of active and past infestations and the frankly rude customer service I will never recommend this company and will actively be telling folks to avoid them. If they had done their job properly the first time I would not have purchased the house. If they had offered any sort of remedy to the situation I would have been okay but this is terrible quality of service and customer support. Edited to respond to poulins comment. 1: the original report stated no evidence of current or past infestations of bedbugs or roaches 2: bedbugs were included in both requests 3: when you met with me you told me that the evidence I found of bedbugs was “probably from past infestations” 4: I told you I had video evidence that had the time and locations included within the video and was told “that doesn’t matter” 5: your technician did find roaches 6: you told me there was no point in going to view again and that I should just book a treatment which was when I asked for a discount 7: you told me you sent someone who was inexperienced and didn’t know what to do. In my opinion this is deeply unprofessional 8: this has been one of the worst customer service experiences I have ever had and I would recommend anyone seeking pest management to go to another company that actually does their job 9: as stated in other reviews the person I met with was very rude and condescending. AVOID AT ALL COSTS

I use Poulin's for the business I run in Saskatoon. The staff is amazing. They have always bent over backwards to make sure we are taken care of. I have even called for service and had them come out on the same day! I definitely am happy with the service I have received and the price has been more than fair. Thanks Poulin's! Diana Herron
