After finding an enabled skunk in my back yard, I contacted ABC Humane Wildlife Control and Prevention to remove it. Nathan and Nick arrived at my home. We discussed the situation. They were very professional, knowledgeable, checked out the skunk situation and explained to me very thoroughly how they would remove it. Nick ensured that I did not have any additional questions or concerns. They removed the skunk and let me know when they were done.

Isaac was fantastic. From the moment he arrived, he took the time to thoroughly explain the situation, walking me through skunk behavior, why decks like mine are such a common and vulnerable denning spot, and what the realistic next steps should be. He didn’t rush the visit at all and made sure I understood not just what he was doing, but why he was doing it.
What I appreciated most was how knowledgeable and patient he was. Isaac clearly knows wildlife and took the time to answer every question I had. I honestly felt like I could have talked with him for hours just learning about how these situations happen and how to properly address them.
He placed the traps thoughtfully, explained what to expect overnight, and gave clear guidance on what the follow-up plan would be. It’s rare to find someone who combines professionalism, expertise, and genuine willingness to educate the homeowner.
If you get Isaac, you’re in great hands. Highly recommend.

I found a bat in my apartment and called immediately. They were very nice on the phone and able to send someone out the same day to capture it. It only took about 30 minutes for them to get here and the bat was captured quickly. The technician then spent some time checking for other bats which I greatly appreciate. I hope I never have another bat inside my house but if I do ABC will be my first call. I would recommend them to anyone with a bat/wildlife problem.
