I called Chem-Wise and they were informative, punctual and very reasonable. They have done a great job and with being in the restaurant business I do not need any pests in my facility. Thank you!

I made an appointment for my fall service the beginning of October for the end of the month. Two weeks later someone call asking to schedule my appointment at which time I informed her that I had already scheduled it and to check her computer for confirmation. She stated she could see that and ask would I like to get a appointment sooner. I told her no as there was a reason for the requested date. She said okay. A week and a half later I was sent an email stating there was a conflict and I should cancel or take a 8-9 am appointment instead. There was no conflict when I made my appointment and had already addressed this. Chemwise decided to send the tech to my home at 9 am without my authorization. The concerns I had addressed with the original employees were not on the schedule. I was not dressed. What right does the Chemwise employee have to cancel or change my appointment without my authorization. Was my appointment given to someone else after i scheduled it, if so they should have been made to pick a different and time. Part of my concerns were addressed. The technician is good and tried to address my needs. Was i treated this way because they were already paid?.

I had a great experience with the technician Andrew. He was patient, kept us well-informed throughout the process, and was very professional and knowledgeable. He was easy to work with and demonstrated a high level of accommodation to our needs. Additionally, he informed us in advance that he would be arriving early for the appointment. I truly appreciated his professionalism and helpful attitude.
