Sean did a great job explaining how their service works. He was whole was very professional, inspected the area for any openings, gave me good information on how to keep critters out. When and how to fix all openings. Very satisfied with the service provided.

Was promised services from a door to door salesman that was never delivered. Services seeemed incredibly random. Should've trusted my gut instinct. Was under the impression I was on a ONE year contract, well that extended itself. Transferred three times to cancel my account. They did keep pests out of my home I cannot deny that, however their business practices and customer service has left a sour taste in my mouth. Use cautiously.
Chris called me in advance to let me know that he was on his way and the approximate time. He came to the door and explained everything thoroughly. He went to work right away. He stopped back and provide paperwork and explained it all. He pointed out phone numbers if I need to contact the office or him. Great job!
