That came here this morning, checked everything out as advised me that he can find no no bugs in my apartment. He checked the bedroom. The couch walked around, was very courteous in every way and we discussed what I had done. He said I’ve touched all the bases and yet for some reason, I am bitten yet. Highly not recommended. According to their records, a service was supposedly done in October, but no one ever came for that visit. They claim they called us, but we did not receive any calls, and the email address they had on file was incorrect.Despite no service being performed, they sent a pending payment to a collection agency. I had to call today and pay for a service that was never done just to resolve the issue and then close my account.After being a customer for 4–5 years, this is extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Poor communication, inaccurate records, and unfair billing.
As usual, Nick did a great job ensuring the mice are now gone. We’ve had none since his last visit in October when he & his manager found a couple places in the crawl space where the foundation meets the wood footings, where the mice might have been getting in. They filled those spots in with mesh. That worked! My wife is especially happy to be rodent free!!! And so am I. Thanks
Pretty good. I’ve been a customer since August 2025. So far, I like that pointe pest will come out whenever I call with no extra fee. However, my main negatives right now are they are very quick and don’t check in with me unless I go out and talk to them, and when I asked how they monitor in between services, they told me I have to tell them how things have been… To me, it seems like the should be setting up sticky traps or something to help determine this answer.
