Excellent service! On time, explained the treatment details, and extremely competitive pricing. Built a new construction home and had issues with scorpions, ants, and spiders after completion. Got set up on a bi-monthly plan until only maintenance is needed. After the initial treatment, there was a significant decline in pest activity. Scorpions activity is down to extremely minimal if any are seen. Ants are not trailing inside, and spiders haven’t been seen in the home since. Extremely happy with the service and look forward to continued business!
Finally finished their bs of a contract. The sales people will promise whatever they want to close a deal with you, despite the sales guys not being the ones doing the actual work oh and you will never see them again, they just throw you back to the general company phone number. The only reason why we went along with this "business" is because Tony, one of their sales people's assured us the technicians could help with a bee problem we have in the back. The poor technician they sent over couldn't even stand bees in the first place, so he sprayed whatever he had on the walls of the house and called it a day, which fair enough, I'm sure he doesn't get paid enough to be stung on the job. Soon after they send another guy and supposedly they don't even handle bees so for us this whole service was just a waste of time and money because they're treatment wasn't even effective. And to top it off, at a neighborhood meeting last fall, a handful of elderly neighbors, including my aunt, reported several of them were locked in for a contract despite never signing anything! And looking at the reviews, it looks like my neighbors weren't the only ones.Yes, you can pay to get out of the contract but its more expensive to pay that amount than just pay $50 every 3 months. After the first treatment and round of technicians coming by, we just decided to let them spray whatever mixture they claim to have and just interact with them the least we could.The sad part is, most of their clients will just research the company AFTER they get locked in with them. At least that was my mistake.
Ernest was one of the best techs we have had. I want him for every service. He added extra sticky traps and removed our outlet covers and added poison. He went above and beyond. Great job Ernest we are very pleased.
I went with BRD Pest Control because their pricing was very affordable. I scheduled a service appointment, but no technician ever came —something I confirmed through my outdoor cameras and because my 80-year-old mother and my daughter were home at the time.After noticing a charge on my bank account, I called the company. The technician claimed he had come inside and sprayed both the front and back yard. This wasn’t accurate, especially since my back gate is locked and no one was given a key. They apologized and said someone would return, and the second visit did occur. The technician who came that time was great.The issue arose when I later received a $289 bill for the initial service and 2 months of service that never happened. I called several times, explained the situation, and even offered to provide Ring camera footage showing no one entered my home on the date they claimed. They declined to review the footage but assured me the account would be corrected.Unfortunately, the bill remained, and the lack of follow-through has been very frustrating. While the second technician provided excellent service, the billing and communication problems left me disappointed overall.
These guys sent a salesman to my door. I denied service. The salesman was persistant even though i told him i did't have any money for the service. The sales guy practically begged for me to get some kind of service and i agreed to a single treatment of my yard for 40$. The company showed up a few days later and "treated" my yard for fleas and etc. And then charged me 100$ I told the service man that it was supposed to only be 40$ but the service guy said they didnt have a 40$ treatment and that the salesman was a thurd party and not related to the pest control company, and then refused the 40$The next month i was notified that i had a 200$ balance. Apparently the company only offers a 12 month contract at 100$ per month. I have dealt with phone calls, in person visits, & emails stating that i owe tyem 100$ per month. They refuse to honor the deal their salesman made, i refuse to pay 100 per month. Now its a negative mark on my credit and i get a notification every couple of days stating that i owe them money. Also the treatment didnt work. So two thumbs down.
