Contacted Romney tonsee if they could help deter pests (mice) from around the garden. Their technician came by the house on time and explained options very clearly. Signed up to have them service the property for outdoor pests. The experience moving forward was pain free. Looking forward to see how the service works out over time.

Jason was prompt in his arrival and was very nice and polite. He did a very thorough job in the application of our pest control services today. We are glad to have him as our service professional and look forward to seeing him again on future service visits!

Tim was very knowledgeable and professional. He explained everything he was going to do inside and outside my home to address the roach and mice infestation I'm currently experiencing. I appreciate his excellent customer service skills in addressing my needs promptly.

Initial service was fine but I’ve had to call them back 3 times to deal with the same issue of rats. The second time, we had a different tech who wasn’t even here for 10 minutes and he didn’t do or add anything besides covering a single hole. The third time was the same technician as the second visit, and he was here 10-15 minutes max, laid a few more traps and that was it. He said he could come back for a fourth visit to set a cage trap but he didn’t have it on hand because the company doesn’t specialize in rodents and will primarily only do insects. I called the company right after he left and canceled the monthly membership I had been paying for.

Worst customer service I've ever received. After years of being a customer, Romney has proven to not care about their customers and not think customer service is of importance. After a technician left loose bait poison in the attic instead of using a trap, an animal died in the attic above my baby's room, causing a horrible stench. Because the carcass wasn't accessible because of the reckless poisoning left out, we called Romney in order to get odor control bags. They refused to work us into same-day service and offered next day service which we agreed to. The following day, they did not show up to complete the service nor call that they weren't coming despite us receiving a confirmation text and calling to confirm they would be coming. That led us into a weekend with a horrific stench remaining above my child's room requiring us to relocate. On Monday morning, I called first thing for them to say that the technician did not have odor control bags on his truck Friday and canceled us and scheduled us for Tuesday. They weren't even going to work us in today, Monday, the next business day following Friday. I requested/begged that we would be worked in today due to our repeated calls that I have made and this being their error, causing us much distress. She stated she would call back to let me know but never did. I returned to the call five hours later to ask if they were coming today, to which she responded they would not be today it would be tomorrow. Not one single time of the three days that I called and begged for service and offered to meet a technician on the road to get the bags I needed did they ever call back or call to let me know that they wouldn't be coming. I will not be continuing my service with Romney as they do not value customers time, customers, health, or long-term service. Not even a manager will return your call. Find a pest control that cares about your health, your family, your well-being and values their customers.
