Noah is professional, knowledgeable, and incredibly thorough. He takes the time to explain what he’s doing, what he’s seeing, and what we can do between visits to keep pests under control. Living in Phoenix, pest control isn’t optional — and having someone reliable makes all the difference.

He is always on time, respectful of our home, and very detail-oriented. You can tell he genuinely cares about doing the job right, not just rushing through an appointment. Since starting service with Overton and having Noah as our technician, we’ve seen a noticeable improvement.
