We really enjoy working with Forbes! Patti sets everything up for us wonderfully and answers all our questions. We originally had wasp... in the winter. So off to Google we went to find a pest control company. Forbes has been amazing and I am so glad that we found them. Paul came the first time to check everything out and gave us an estimate. He is so knowledgeable! We then had our first treatment in the winter, second treatment including outdoor in the spring, and each time the interactions have been great! We are in a large old house and they truly just take their time to listen to your concerns and give suggestions. I feel like I am in really good hands with all my pest control needs with Forbes. 10/10 would recommend pest control and conversations with Paul! Just an outstanding company!
Professional, fabulous customer service, knowledgeable tech and very friendly. From first interaction with Forbes up to and including our first service has been spot on wonderful and easy! They were able to quickly get us on the schedule for our first service. Our tech Mike was ON TIME, professional, knowledgeable and very courteous and friendly. Absolutely reasonably priced and love that it is a family owned and operated company!
