This branch and the national company have zero idea of what customer service is . You can’t call the branch. The national customer service cannot issue refunds so the branch that took the payment and diid not provide the service gets to decide if they will issue a refund.The branch also thinks that by saying they will go back and perform the service is enough to keep you from requesting a refund. Was basically told my case has been escalated twice and still no service done at the address.Really terrible notions around customer satisfaction- they are being sued in Alabama for fraud wish I read that before I called them!!!
Recenty I have had a mouse problem inside my property in the living space. Terminex has been great in helping me deal with this problem. They were rhe first that were available on a weekend to come out initially. All of the terminex employees i have worked with have been friendly, understanding, and very knowledgable. Mike, Kayla, Dave, and Andrew all helped me with the initial problem. I would recommend terminex to anyone!
Terminex is absolutely the worst company we’ve ever dealt with. Between the lies and price gouging, they shouldn’t even be in business. I could write a chapter on the most unprofessional people I’ve ever heard. A few examples or why I’m writing this review…someone came out to check out home because we were concerned we had a mouse. The guy came back and put multiple sticky traps down and we got charged close to $900. Absolutely insane, but our hands were tied there. Also, the guy was from Erlich, who apparently is Terminex.Then we needed someone for insects that turned out to be termites in our basement. We didn’t want Erlich to come back, so we called Terminex, who again, is Erlich apparently. The person who came to look at the house was an a one player. He tried schmoozing two 80 yr old people, and I’m happy I was there. What a shame. And yes another bill for over $1,000 this time.I will never ever recommend such an unprofessional company. There has to be better. Terrible customer service as well. Just an all around bad experience, not once but twice.
This place is a joke was told numerous times that the tech was on their way never showed up, sat in my house for two days. Still no phone call from the tech. I called the call service. They kept reassuring me that the tech was on their way, but yet never showed up. I am now three days waiting for somebody to come to my house after I have already paid for it. I have an issue with bees in my house and I’m going on vacation and I can’t go now because I have nobody to come to my house to dogs sit because I have bees in my house. I have never dealt with Customer service This-bad in my life they rescheduled my appointments without anyone calling me. They just did it and I didn’t know that it was rescheduled till I called them to find out why the person hasn’t arrived yet and they told me that it was rescheduled so then today I call and they keep telling me that the tech is on their way. The tech is on their way, but yet no tech has arrived. I will never use this service ever again. If you can’t do the job just tell me I’ll figure something else out. Don’t just leave me a limbo after you’ve already taken my money.
I rarely leave reviews, but my experience with Terminix has been beyond frustrating and completely unacceptable. From day one, communication has been terrible. The salesperson who originally signed me up disappeared as soon as I had questions… I reached out multiple times and never got a single response except “sorry I don’t have service or I’m on the road all day man”-It took over two months just to get one refund issued, and as of today, they still owe me three more refunds. Every time I call, I get bounced around or given the runaround.But what really set me off was the most recent appointment debacle. I had an appointment scheduled for Saturday, which I confirmed twice ahead of time for a job they originally didn’t finish which I only found out because two months later I went up to put some summer furniture away (shame on me for just taking their word) that it was finished. Then, out of nowhere, the tech messages me tonight not to confirm for Saturday or apologize for missing the scheduled appointment for Saturday but to say they’re coming on Monday instead. Like… what?! How does that even happen?If I had known this was the kind of service I’d be dealing with, I would have never chosen Terminix. They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and clearly have no respect for their customers’ time or money. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere.
