Ben was very nice and knowledgeable. All the staff was very kind and helpful. This is the first time I have ever experienced bedbugs and Ben told me straight up that there were no signs but that it could possibly be too early to detect. He didn't try to sell me an expensive package right off the bat but told me what to look for and to text him if I saw any signs later. Hoping this is just a coincidence and will not be needing them in the future but I would definitely recommend.

I also have to mention that he treated my home very well. He made sure to wear shoe covers while walking into my home, so no dirt or debris from the exterior came inside. Alex was extremely professional and I really appreciated his time.
