V Extermination Sherbrooke

I'm not surprised to read all the negative reviews about this company! We called this extermination company for a wasp nest high up on our house. The technician asked us to text him to let him know if we wanted to proceed. He also informed us that he didn't have a ladder to perform the service, so we would have to provide one (I mean, an exterminator without a ladder, first time in my life I've ever seen that). So we sent him a message as requested and informed him that we would leave the ladder outside as soon as we received confirmation of the service date. The next day, since we hadn't received a response from him, we didn't put our ladder outside, thinking he would text us back when he had availability. SURPRISE! The guy showed up at my house, unconfirmed, surprised that the ladder wasn't waiting for him at the door (lol!?). My ladder is stored in the basement, and it's difficult for me to get it alone without my partner. I informed the person that we hadn't received a response to our messages and that's why the ladder wasn't ready outside. The communication was appalling, rude, and arrogant. He told me he hadn't replied because he doesn't work 24/7. Ha! He showed me text messages on his phone and was incredibly stubborn. Professionalism was nonexistent. I went to get the ladder and put it outside. The guy finally left without providing the service (!!!) Terrible service, no communication. It's surprising this company is even in business! Stay away from them!!!

I told the representative to call me before taking money from my account four years ago, which they did for the first three years. Today, to my surprise, they took money from my account without warning. I called to cancel the service, and the receptionist told me she was new and hadn't received the memo. So I canceled the service, and they told me they could only refund 50%. So beware, they keep 50% of your money for their incompetence.

We don't know when they'll be coming, we don't even know if they've provided the service. When we call, they don't listen at all when we explain the problem. I'm the customer, and I'm getting lectured. Wow. As for payment, however, they're definitely there!!! I switched to a more transparent and professional company.
