Devon was very informational, let me know everything he was doing and why. Latesha is in training and very nice and polite. Devon was very patient and thorough letting her know what he was doing and what needed to be done next. I was so impressed with Devon and his professionalism and his customer service, that I have requested for him to be my regular technician.
I am signed up on an every other month service. When I signed up, I was told they service rats and rodents. Have had to request each time that they do. If I miss the request, they have only treated for spiders and ants, which I have never had an issue with. Today, Cassidy called to follow up on my service and was able to add the note to always treat for rodents and rats. In the past when it has been treated, it has been wonderful. Hope this works! Thank you Cassidy for being so helpful and outstanding talking with me today! You definitely went above and beyond.
Axiom communicates well. I always know a few days in advance of their arrival. The people they send out have always been very friendly and personable. They ask every time if there are other pest issues I want to address and when I do have something specific, they come in and address it. No complaints from me!
We’ve had a great experience with Axiom Eco-Pest Control. We’ve had several technicians come out, and every single one has been wonderful. Our most recent technician, Macryan Aguilar Gonzalez, was amazing and truly went above and beyond. He didn’t rush through the process, was friendly and professional, and did a fantastic job. I also love that their treatments are pet- and baby-safe, and that I don’t have to leave my home during service.I’ve seen some reviews mentioning difficulty reaching customer service, but that hasn’t been our experience at all — I’ve always been able to speak with a live person. Robbie helped me with rescheduling and was thorough, understanding, and provided exceptional service.Just a heads up for anyone new: bugs don’t disappear completely after the first treatment, it takes consistency. We’ve been using Axiom for about five months now, and compared to a year ago, the difference is huge. No more stink bugs!If you’re wondering whether it’s worth it, yes, it absolutely is. Give them a try.
Better Avoided.Axiom has been an absolute disappointment from day one. I signed up for their service and had my first treatment last Friday — and it was a complete joke. This was supposed to be the start of the service, yet absolutely NOTHING was done. All the spider webs and problem areas under the deck, around the stairs, and along the siding were still exactly as they were before.I specifically asked for a thorough garage treatment, and that was ignored too. I even sent photo evidence showing no work was done, but instead of owning up to it, they focused on trying to squeeze more money out of me in cancelation fee.Their “service” phone number? Useless. I’ve called countless times and never once gotten a live person.This company has zero accountability, zero professionalism, and zero respect for their customers. If this is how they treat new customers, I can only imagine how bad it gets later. Avoid them at all costs.
