Very disappointing and frustrating experience. The technicians are polite, but the work itself was about 5-10 minutes at max and definitely not worth the money they charge.Combined with the restrictive and almost impossible cancellation policy, the whole experience feels extremely one-sided. A purely contract-driven company that masks itself as customer-friendly.I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for any pest control needs.
Cancellation ignored, extremely concerning business practicesI have made multiple attempts over several months to cancel this service by phone, which is the only communication method this company provides for cancellations. Each time I was told the service would be canceled, yet appointments continue to be scheduled anyway. I also explicitly requested written confirmation of cancellation and never received it.This pattern of ignoring cancellation requests while continuing to schedule service is unacceptable and raises serious concerns about the company’s business practices.This review also serves as written notice that I am canceling service effective immediately. You do not have permission to enter my property, perform any treatment, or charge me going forward. Any unauthorized service or billing after this notice will be disputed and may be pursued through formal complaints and legal remedies if necessary.I strongly encourage others to use caution before signing up, as canceling appears to be far more difficult than it should be.
one time payment to mole extermination. But guess what they still here. They spent 5/10 min each visit. Then sometimes they just show up with no call or txt before. If I'm not home they will not serve my house but they close the order saying they did the service??????????? like what's going on. Tried to call manager, supervisor and waited for calls to resolve that and the only call I got was regarding the pending balance..............Too bad.
I was happy to see a woman named Fabiola arrive for our inspection. I had told the company I was going to try to tackle the job on my own first and didn’t want to waste their time coming to my house, but they stated that was no problem and sent Fabiola. She found bed bugs I hadn’t found! She explained their method and the products they use and background info on the bugs. She was great. I still haven’t used them, but it was nice to know they weren’t going to be as expensive as I thought, which was around $500 for three treatments. So if I can’t get rid of these rotten bugs on my own, I will call them back.
