Customer Service is great! Ready to help with any issues or concerns. Our service rep Kentrae is wonderful. Orkin always sends a notification of the 2-hr time frame they will be arriving, when they are on their way, and when they’ve arrived. Besides the regular service plan, they always let us know to contact them at any point for any reason and they will come between the regular service dates. We are so pleased, as every bug, insect, etc. that we had issues with were gone after the first visit and have remained gone. We’ve been using them for almost a year now. I highly recommend Orkin!

The young man that came out was very nice and did his best to address our concerns but the problem with these nats, fruit flies or ever they are is still as bad as they were before he sprayed. They are dead ones but they are still coming into our home somewhere. I'm about to go insane
I can't Express how amazing our appointment was he was very courteous very kind very respectful so informative and told us everything the whole time he was there what he was doing and how it was going to go and any questions that we had he was understanding and patient and answered every one of them I would say he is a 10 out of 10 I cannot say one bad word about everything matter of fact the problem that we were having was 10 times better than next day it was no problems it was fast and he was very understanding. Definitely give him and a+ and would love for him to be the person that comes to our next visit.
