I had been using a huge pest control company for years but was increasingly unsatisfied so I did quite a lot of research to find a good, solid, local company that had excellent reviews. I am so glad to have selected Facility Pest Control from the results. Their customer service is tremendous (far and away from the huge pest control company, and Wilbur our tech is phenomenal. Recently we had a critter find its way into our walls, and Facility Pest Control came out multiple times to help catch it. I could not be happier with the company and Wilbur!

I called a few places from yelp and the other companies sounded too salesy. I got a good feeling from Facility Pest Control and they came out, got the job done, and was very patient with me when I had a lot of questions. When I had an ant problem, he fit me into his very busy schedule and came the same day!
I love the scheduling, they have me on a rotation, and the day before the office calls to confirm - they have my card on file and easily make the payment once the service is complete. Honestly, a very easy routine because everyone at Facility is so trustworthy.
