I don't write reviews as a rule. But I have to break that rule because of being scammed by this man. Do. NOT. Purchase. Services. He will come the first time to get your money but not honor what he says he will do. I have tried so many times to get him to just do what he said he would do and what we paid for, to no avail. So many opportunities given before getting to the point where my last recourse is to write a review to help others. I consider this stealing people's money.

We had AllPro come out 4 years ago to do bat remediation. We were supposed to have a multi year warranty. He came back one time and after that was completely unresponsive and never showed up again. We still have bats and I would never recommend this service.

I have noticed in his previous responses to other customers that they have not left a message or contacted him. What a joke! It’s pretty difficult to leave a message when your voicemail is constantly full. I have texted and called many times without response.

We now have to find another service to take care of what should have been taken care of with his contract.

I would not recommend!!! We paid for a 5 year guarantee contract with him. If we had any more issues with bats he said would take care of it. Well we are having issues again and he won't answer call and his answering machine is always full. He will respond to text but don't believe anything he says. He has told me more then 3 times he was coming but never showed. After multiple texts he finally replied asking if I was having bats again as he already had been to my house. He never called saying he was there or left anything on my door and we were still having issues with bats. I work from home so I would know if someone was working on my roof. He said he would let me know once he got to the office if he did for sure go to my house... big surprise I never heard from him.

I contacted Fred regarding a problem we were having with bats. He responded to my emails very quickly, came out to give me a free estimate and explained what he would do. He was able to get to work on our house very quickly. When he was done with the job he showed me pictures of places he had sealed off and explained to me why he put the door where he did. He answered any questions I had. I will call him after 30 days to remove the one way bat door and seal off the final hole. AllPro's work comes with a 5 year guarantee which is a nice added bonus.

I contacted Fred concerning a bat in my home. He responded in a very timely manner and was able to inspect my roof the same day, sealing the cracks and placing a bat door. Overall I am very pleased with the professionalism, knowledge and courtesy shown to me. I highly recommend Allpro Pest Mangement.
