Kaiden lined up an inspection by Tre, & Chad. They have all three been very professional, and have done what they said they would do. Good communication. Kaiden informed me when Tre & Chad would arrive and mentioned Tre would be there. It was nice to know who was coming to do the inspection. Tre & Chad checked the attic and they were honest with what they saw. They did not waste my time. They made sure I had the information I needed. I asked Tre & Chad to have Kaiden give me a quote on screens over roof vents. Kaiden called me the next evening with details and a quote. As well as a cash discount and discount for my father-in-laws past volunteer firefighter service. They are trusting and very helpful. And so far they have done an inspection and educated me on a few things when it comes to pest control, at no charge. I was very motivated for a pest control service. We have many spiders around and along the house. As well as mosquito season being an all you can eat buffet on my dogs, I was ready for something to eliminate or at-least lower the bug rate.
This company had a person walking around our neighborhood, great works out perfect. After the first service I noticed it only took the guy 3 minutes to "spray" around my house. I was a little curious so I look at my cameras and see he ONLY sprayed by my shed. So I call and ask if they can come spray again. I get told I need to wait a week great. So I call the next week, can't get to my house until two weeks.... okay? So I'm paying the initial 120$ then 50$ a month for them to only come to my house 1 time.
So I give them another shot, informed them the perfect time to come so that I'll be home to monitor where they are spraying and I kindly inform them about the last incident. Also let them know I am seeing more spiders than before.
They come the second time BEFORE the time I asked (I wasn't home yet I asked for 5 they came at 3) and only sprayed the yard NOT AT ALL around the house. At this point I'm watching on my cameras. I call and complain because that is not what I requested.
I have seen an overall increase in spiders, ticks, mosquito's, fleas. Pictures are from the day after the "second time" they sprayed. Every time I call it's always an excuse for why I'm seeing more pests. Then I'm told that I have to pay 400$ to cancel or risk going to collections even though they aren't doing the job they advertised!
We will be taking them to small claims court ??
I've seen better results from the spray you get at Walmart and doing it myself.
