We unfortunately had been dealing with a bed bug issue for several months. We had it professionally sprayed, but even that didn't take care of the issue. So, we called Bob and not only did he travel all the way from Sioux Falls to Rapid City for us, but he answered every single question I had in an extremely timely manner. His 90 day guarantee also puts me at rest knowing we are covered should we happen to see anymore bugs. I would recommend him to everyone I know!!!!

Bob is awesome. Easily one of the most friendly, patient, and straightforward professionals I have ever interacted with. Took care of my issues and even charged me less than his initial quote.

I had a bed bug problem from hand me downs, the instant I got bite, it blistered. I am lucky to be sensitive to their bites, so there is no doubt. I wanted to praise this company, it happened back in October 04. They showed up on this day, In the morning, and heated my apartment for hours! Bob was very professional, very informative, and answered all my questions! May I say I had tried all the bed bug places in Rapid City, a month before I stumbled onto bed bug busters, no one would be able to help....I was out of their jurisdiction. Needless to say, Bob's heat treatment killed all bed bugs, nests, eggs and any other living pest. I have not had them come back. So this may be a late re iew, but so timely! It works, I am sooo thank-ful for Bob and his company, I 100% believe in this remedy, and he is sooo important and much needed! He saved me, from going bug crazy! Much adoration sent your way, keep up your excellent skills!!! I am always putting a good word to others who have such buggy issues! Your excellent!!!
