The service technician, Justin, receives a 5 star. He was on time, polite and very thoroughThe scheduling office gets 3 stars. I reached out to have my service date earlier than 09/30. The rep said the earliest was 9/25. I accepted. I called on the 24th to get the time and was told the earliest was the 29th between 3-5. I again accepted. I received a call on the 29th notifying me that the appointment was changing to the 3rd. I expressed how unhappy i was. They moved it to the 2nd and discounted me $25.Hopefully next quarter treatment scheduling will go a little smoother

Elijah arrived exactly at the scheduled appointment time. He took the time to ask me about any issues I might be having, listened carefully and took the necessary action.
