I dont usually leave reviews but after a competitor company of Fox Pest Control (Romex Pest) came out and was so terrible at trying to sell their service, I had to leave them a bad review. I felt it only fair that I also left you guys a review.

Jordan came out to my neighborhood a few weeks ago to sell pest control service and in hindsight I realise how well he handled the sale. He gave exactly the information I needed with none of the fluff. He answered every question I had honestly (iv already recived the service so I can attest to the accuracy) and direct. At first I was not sure if I was going to go with the company so I let Jordan know that I would need some time to think about it. He gave me no fuss about not deciding right then and there, just gave me some info and told me to let him know ASAP of my decision. We did end up signing up with them.

Unfortunately I did not get the name of the tech that came out to perform the service but I was home and he provided service just the way you would want. He came to the door to let me know he was there and then went to work. He was thorough and did everything Jordan said they would do without issue and then let me know he was finished.

This is the first pest control company iv used but im happy I went with them.

This young man is a very knowledgeable and a very polite fellow. We explained to Jaleel that we are having a very annoying situation with what appears to be fruit flies or maybe even gnats…. He explained to us that certain conditions might be causing these flies. We were trying our best to rid them ourselves. Jaleel said that he would spray the interior of the house also while he was here. Although he was only here to take care of of the outside of our house, he was gracious enough to take care of the inside of the house also…

I’d say he went above and beyond and we definitely appreciate it. We have been trying our best to rid ourselves of these flies, but it just didn’t seem to be happening, we are hoping now, that this matter will be taken care thanks to Jaleel…
