After several people who came out to figure out if I have bedbugs, I found Miles of Bite Back, who was by far the most knowledgeable of everyone I've spoken with. Bite Back only does bedbugs, which is reassuring. He is honest and candid. I have been a total wreck, and he helped alleviate a lot of my anxiety. We're 98% sure I don't have bedbugs, but in the outside chance that I do, I feel confident that Miles will take care of it! That's a good feeling! He's also very compassionate. I highly recommend Bite Back!

My elderly mom’s rental house called her to tell her they had bed bugs. She was freaked out. I called a bunch of places to get info and this was one of them. I spoke with Miles. He was so informative and calming. He put our fears to rest, and was so helpful. His prices were great and he was also recommended to me by another bed bug removal service that didn’t service the main Boston area. I booked him on the spot. He was on time, very professional, and just an all around great guy! He did a great job. He also checked the other two rentals for signs. He could have taken advantage and told us there were some, we wouldn’t have known any better, but he was very honest and told us they were fine. He did a great job and the tenants are bed bug free.
