Highly recommend Mark and Jason. We had a major infestation of box elder bugs and they were extremely knowledgeable and explained the whole process very well. They were prompt, came to do the service right away and did an excellent job. I have seen a significant difference in the problem being resolved and would highly recommend them. Jason gave attention to detail while doing the service and answered all questions and concerns very willingly.

We had an excellent experience with 5 Star Pest Control. After contacting a couple other companies, we had a much different and better experience with 5 Star. Mark called us back quickly and spent a lot of time on the phone with us to understand the situation and patiently answer all of our questions. He was kind, knowledgeable, patient, and respectful - during the call, before the treatment as well as after the treatment. It was apparent that Mark was sincerely passionate about helping people with their pest issues. He was gladly willing to come up with creative solutions for accommodating special circumstances. It was such refreshing customer service, especially during a stressful time. Jason, the exterminator/technician was able to come to our home the same day!! The communication prior to arrival was on point as promised. It was apparent Jason also was committed to his career and truly cared about helping people. He was very thorough and took time to investigate each area of the home. He was kind and unjudgmental. He was not rushed, even though it was untypical business hours and we were not even the last job of the day - (Amazing!). Jason was respectful of our concerns and questions, answering all of them, no matter how menial. And our furniture was put back in place. The issue was resolved!! 5 Star Pest Control, thank you for treating the various people and environments you serve with care, respect, and dignity. The service each of you gives is truly a labor of compassion. You make a difference.

Windi at 5 star aka Point Pest is amazing. Heather and Bobby are great as well. Their technicians are well educated and care about the Products and services that they use and perform. I am grateful that anytime I have a need. They’re very quick to accommodate an attempt any customer service issues that may arise with professionalism, grace and kindness. Truly, five stars
