I’ve been using Greenix for about 6 months and I am happy so far. The communication is great and they always thoroughly explain what they are doing when they come. 99% of the time they clear all the webs and any other issues that indicate pests. I think one time I noticed residual webs but they took care of it when I pointed it out. I called them after I already had spider problems so I’m excited to see if prevention eliminates these problems come spring. The prices are also very reasonable. They do insect control for me and rodent control as I had burrowing around my yard which they flagged as a small outdoor rodent problem. I do not have them treat indoors as I do not have any problems there.I had James do my services today and he was very communicative and did a thorough job even with all this snow.I highly recommend!
We had Chris from Greenix come out to treat our home, and he was absolutely amazing. He was extremely knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything he was doing and why, which I really appreciated. He answered all of my questions patiently and made sure we felt comfortable and informed throughout the entire process. His work was very thorough and professional, and you can tell he genuinely cares about doing a great job. Our experience with Greenix was made even better because of him.
