He was patient and explained things very well. Most of all, he was honest and that's why I will come back if I need service. If fact, I would ask for Jeremy by name if he's available.By comparison, I called a different pest company (Rose) at the same time and two days later they still hadn't returned my call. A family member had a pest service and she said the guy did not want to be bothered talking or did not have patience for her to do a simple task before he started. We had a wasp problem and huge spiders around our house. Proof was able to come out the next day to get rid of the nest. We signed up for the subscription and six months later, I haven’t seen anything. Kenneth has been to our house twice now for our quarterly spray/inspection. He’s thorough and friendly. Definitely worth the price!

He makes sure to connect personally on his monthly service visits to see how things have gone, if we have any questions or if we have anything specific that we’d like him to focus on. He’s kind and professional and helpful when I have questions or areas that I’d like to have looked at more closely. Jamal D was very professional and friendly. Explained what service was being provided. Effective service, our basement has been bug free since we started with treatments over 2 years ago which was the main reason we started. Also, no spring ant problems, either.
I received excellent customer service from the Robert, who came out to spray my home. He did a great job and took the time to explain where the insects were coming from, which I really appreciated. Robert was very professional, approachable, and friendly, and he clearly knew what he was doing. His knowledge about the solution he used made me feel confident that my home was in good hands. Overall, outstanding service. I would highly recommend him!
