Door to door salesman seriously bother me - they do not respect NO SOLICITING signs. I never sign up for anything like this, and because of these pest sales people I will never use this company for anything. Go local and for get about Clark.
Had a salesperson come to our house, and was very polite and understanding with what our needs were, and was able to give us the reassurance of a great product and service. I am now a customer and happy to say I am. I look forward to a continued contract with them.
Clark is difficult to explain: Since signing up with them, I have seen three different techs. All have shown up at our house without notice. I have asked all three techs, a local dispatcher, and several people in their Sacramento office to please give me a call or text prior to visits and to please schedule us for mornings. Everyone I have talked to promised to fix the issues; none have. In addition, the service is supposed to be every other month. In the beginning, they showed up one month apart. In my thinking, I've paid for one too many visits; along with the experience that I never know if or when they are going to show up. Furthermore, most calls go a national call center, not a local contact. All I can say at the end of the day is that the Techs have all been nice. They spray around the house and that's that. The rest is wonky.
I will start by saying that the techs that do the work are fantastic and always willing to help. Unfortunately, the customer service in the office is not good. I was told when I got my contract that it was a monthly payment plan. I paid every month. When I went to cancel it, they told me it was service based and I had to pay for another month even though I no longer lived there because they had completed a service in a month I had already paid for. They need to tell the truth at the beginning of the process, not change it when you leave.
