Aptive Pest Control’s Spokane Valley team provides residential pest control with scheduled exterior and interior treatments as needed. Technicians typically walk homeowners through findings and next steps. Plan details, covered pests, and any add-ons should be reviewed prior to service.
Local scheduling windows, clear on-site explanations, and consistency when the same technician returns are noted positives. The branch is reachable by phone and online to discuss plan details and visit timing. Reviewing agreement terms up front helps align expectations on frequency, covered pests, and any add-on services.

Typical residential services may include barrier treatments around the home’s exterior, entry point attention, and targeted applications for seasonal pests. Interior service is available when needed and may be paired with follow-up visits. Customers report technicians explain steps taken and what to expect after service. Scope and pricing vary by home and pest pressure.
Recent reviews often cite friendly, respectful technicians who explain treatments and address concerns. Some customers appreciate seeing the same tech return, noting better continuity. Critical feedback mentions confusion around contract terms, difficulty canceling, and unmet expectations on specific add-ons like web removal or mosquito devices. Someone comes knocking at your door with this, dont fall for it, we told them we just want to try, they said we able to discontinue this subscription. My phone was out of order so my husband called from his phone even though this stupid subscription was on our both names. They denied talking to him he had to call from my number only. He tried calling again same crap. When u try to cancel before there 1 year contract or whatever u pay additional 300 something. Then they trying to call my number send email we tried noone answered my husband calls to them they do same, then they send u to collection and complain despite our efforts payment not resolved. Who wants this issues??? Come people we all busy dont make people suffer and waste there time cause the phone number dont match. During the process of getting the subscription they nice of course, scheduling was kind of irritating at first, still have spiders. Lol. As soon as they done putting on this subscription they move on and u not needed, u make effort for everythingAnd oh my forbid you lose your number thats a pain in the butt. Overall big frustration for me. Would not recommend have heard of other places with less stress and less time consuming then this really
What we really appreciated is Cody who had been here the last time was the one that came out again. It works best when you have the same person spraying because they know what you’re looking for. What we paid is $79 a month whether we get a service or not
I love this service, it's well worth the money. The exterminators are always respectful, friendly, explain things to the homeowner. They listen to concerns and help put the owners mind at ease. Today I worked with Kirby and he was absolutely amazing. He paid attention to detail and went above and beyond. I highly recommend aptive. They are great!
Kirby was awesome! Super professional, friendly, and thorough with the treatment. He explained everything clearly and made sure all my concerns were addressed. Great experience!
The service was okay! It was said during sale that all spider webs and bee nests would be removed. That did not happen. It would be nice if they kept their word. Had to remind them about mosquitoes being an issue even though I paid for that service they would have forgot the mosquito trap. Not worth the money and they charge for German cockroach’s even though that’s not an issue.
