He asked if there has been any changes since his last visit with the bug and vermon activity and then made sure to mention to keep the fur kids inside at minimum 30 minutes after the the service. I was able to get a same day appointment and my tech, Camden, was awesome. He took his time to explain what he thought was going on and how to handle it. He double checked that a dust he was using wouldn’t harm a plant that needed treatment. He was friendly to my kids as well. We have been using JC's Pest Control, which has merged with Fox Pest Control, for a couple of years now. We have them service (spray/rodent traps) our home every quarter. They are a little pricey, but the service we receive from them is outstanding. One time we had beetles in our house that came from our firewood. They sprayed for the beetle for free as part of the service.Nathan did a thorough job, explaining the types of treatments available and the differences between them. He is professional and knowledgeable. He gives us an accurate ETA. He lets us when he is done. We get a detail assessment, a description of what was done and chemicals used plus photos. We are very happy with their service.
