Did not get the "on our way" text so was caught off guard. Also asked them to please please close all gates when done. They did not, I have dogs, kept them inside of course. Gates left open lead to escaped dogs. Techs need to understand customer requests are very important. They did not say they were leaving either, so no opportunity to speak to them.
Got to meet Neen today she was very professional and did a wonderful job. She even got under the house with no complaints and had a great attitude. Neen said she really enjoys her work and its a great fit for her. Very nice to hear that. Keep up that enthusiasm and hope to see her next time.
John was great as he always is. And yesterday's treatment was more complicated than others because of the unexpected winter activity of our boxelder bugs and a conspicuous rise in rat activity.We discussed how we could respond to both. John explained the options clearly and helped us decide on which actions he should take. Then he implemented the responses exactly as we discussed.I'd give John another A+, but I can't. All the staff we dealt with during this nightmare have been absolutely wonderful and understanding.Everybody was helpful. Courteous, professional and very informative from the very first phone call to schedule the estimate, the young man that came out to give us our estimate was very polite and helpful. And we felt comfortable leaving our home and possessions and the capable hands of Ben are spray technician.I would highly recommend this company and the Salem staff
Tyler was amazing . Knowledge, flexible and very great to work with. They wanted me to wait on tearing out a wall to observe, and he jumped right in and helped with demo. He helped pack the debris out too. He was good at assuring me that, while we saw quite a bit of damage and activity, everything was going to be ok.They’re true to their quotes and don’t believe in up charging last minute. I really enjoyed having Tyler out to work on our problem.
