Toby was very friendly, knowledgeable, and professional. He seemed to really know and understand the job. He provided good explanations for my questions. After finishing he explained all that he did and what he saw. I would say that the time he spent working was very efficient and reasonable, considering he treated the exterior, the entire interior and the attic of the house. I am very pleased with the service!
I have used Bug Zero for 5 years now and am very happy with their services. I asked them to come back once and respray an area due to the time of year and lots of spider activity and they were more than happy to do that. I can’t say enough good things about our experience with Bugh zero. They are always professional and responsive. When I first signed up for their insect shield program, I was a little skeptical because it seemed pretty expensive. It is some of the best money that I spend. They do quality work. If there’s an issue, they are responsive and take action quickly. Highly highly recommend.
