My grandmother paid 1,350 to get a heat treatment done at her home for bed bugs. The morning after the heat treatment live activity was spotted. I called an was told someone would be out to inspect, never happened. At 2 weeks an inspection was supposed to be done since we have a 30 day warrany. 8 called an got told multiple times someone would call me back. That's not happened. Very frustrated!!!
Sawyer always calls ahead of time to make sure the time for service is convenient for us. He always shows up when he says he will and addresses any concerns. We have pets and he works around them as well! Very professional and friendly!
Their worker hit my car and ran from the scene, had to track his truck down and report him to the police and to schendel. I have called over and over to get the situation resolved and schendel has yet to contact me back with their insurance information or on how they are going to fix my car. The accident happened on Aug 18th and here we are now and it’s Nov 10. Unfortunately now, I’m going to have to start getting a lawyer involved since they’ve continued their silence.
I always have great interactions with the technicians that Schendel sends out to us. They are always friendly, communicative, and respectful of our space. Additionally, the service they provide has always been great, and if something isn't effective then a tech always comes to rectify the issue promptly when I have submitted tickets in the past. Thank you guys for all you do! You have great employees that represent your company well.
