Logan was great,explained the bait stations had been used but did not needed filled yet. He caulked the outside entry point. He suggested that we glue the vent outside. Jenie was also very helpful. We were not happy with out previous service call and she offered to have someone else come out. We are very happy with 417 Pest now.
Khris in the office is super informative and helpful. Whether it’s a billing or scheduling question, she is ready to help. Her attention to detail to ensure all services needed on our next treatment were notated was above and beyond. 10/10 feel safe in the hands of 417 Pest Solutions.
Jake came out to inspect our home from a potent smell we’ve had and was very kind and helpful! He had great advice and was able to let us know all our possible causes and solutions based on his findings. Definitely recommend his expertise!
Jordan at 417 Pest has been amazing. We have a large mole issue and he is working really hard to get rid of them. He has communicated very well in all areas. Great customer service. Khris has also been fantastic at setting things up in regard to all the scheduling and office work. Great company and highly recommend.
Jordon got up on the roof, took a look all around the house and inside two different crawl spaces and could find no obvious NEW entry points to my attic. And, in fact, noted that the DYI measures I had previously installed on my own (to wire off entry points as well as to add a one way exit door to the worst opening) seemed to have addressed the current issue. And as such, didn’t try to hard sell me for any other remedies at this time. Though he did add they could come back later and apply squirrel repellent and check for any new pest activity.So I’m very appreciative that he checked our property thoroughly and didn’t find a reason to up sell when no other treatment appears to be required at this time. Major kudos to this company! I will call them first if I need pest management services again.NOTE: photos added are of MY OWN treatment measures which Jordon said probably have been successful this time around.PS: I paid nothing for this free inspection. But $1 was the lowest amount I could check in the boxes below.
