He was very friendly, and explained everything to me and my dogs even liked him. Awesome guy! Same with the one I talked to on the phone. They all was very friendly and got back to me in a distant time.
The service tech was very thorough. Unfortunately we seem to be addressing a mice issue again that I just paid $7000 for. I think we need a different inspector to come out to see how they are getting as we did do all the recommendations and they are still here
AVOID- not worth the hassle. I had every other month inside and outside inspection/spray during the spring, summer and fall months. I was assigned an appointment time (at the company convenience) requiring me to have to reschedule) and was billed whether or not services were provided. Most times I was billed before any services were provided or scheduled. The techs. were given a check at the time of service and many times I was billed again requiring another call to the office. I have currently received a 3rd statement without any service being provided. Worst business procedure I’ve dealt with. The technicians are fine but business procedure is terrible. No response despite multiple calls to the office. Waist of time!I have spoken with the local office and after investigating further our conflict was rectified. The charges were corrected and withdrawn.
My service with Orkin is awesome; I rarely see anything since my service started. Brad Denning is who comes and sprays for me, and he is very friendly, cares about giving good pest/rodent treatment, and is all around a great guy who has never caused any issues.
